The DVDs supplied to you at the conclusion of the project can be played on any late model home DVD player. In many cases, DVD drives in desktop or laptop computers will also play the DVD. Please check your player to be sure it will play DVD-R media.

Experienced photographers and producers handle the on-location interview with the subject of the videotape. Their job is to be sure this vital effort reflects the interviewee and his or her story positively. The producer meets with the family member being interviewed beforehand to assist with making them comfortable with the process, scouting the proper location for the taping session and helping answer questions about picking the right photos and memorabilia to include, proper attire for the interview and scheduling. The interviewee is provided with a sample script of questions to answer and go into detail about his life: persons, places and things.
